Treatment rate of Ayush and Ayush with Allopathic treatment. How people accepted both with time.
As India progress with its new economic policy and new health policy. it boosts the employment sector
a unique opportunity is there. New courses and job openings there. it provided better options for people to choose treatment from different science.
NSSO India conduct a survey to show people's interest in Ayush and Allopathic Treatment
This survey was done by NSS ( NATIONAL SAMPLE SURVEY )
the survey includes those people who were ill for the last 15 days.
71st round in 2014 named as - Social consumpation health
75th round in 2017-2018 named as - Household consumption health
The survey involved mostly OPD patients.
inpatient acceptance is very low.

Only 6.43 % opd patients adopted the Ayush treatment
only 90.26 % opd patients adopted allopathic treatment
combined Ayush + allopathic treatment - negligible
show low acceptance and adoption treatment of the Ayush system
- Survey report in 2017-2018 -
a report in 2017-18 is more alarming than in 2014. and seek to take urgent action for that.
only 4.56 % of people Adopted the Ayush treatment
only 92 % adopted the allopathic treatment
combined Ayush + allopathic - negligible
again shows low acceptance and adaptation treatment of the Ayush system.
People adopted Ayush treatments like yoga, kunjal kriya, and kaval and use self-medication like turmeric milk, aloe vera, lukewarm water, salt gargling, and herbal tea. this type of treatment measure is not included in govt data.
if this is actual data from a government survey then needs to be thought deeply about the Ayush system (alternative medicine).
now it's time for the implication of rules and regulations of Ayush drugs and standardization, & clinical data research published?
Raise practice to increase faith among pepeole for Ayush doctors and Ayush treatment.
Establish a research lab and standardized post-graduation education and establish an integrated hospital.
Govt of India brings a new health policy and setup of Ayush treatment centers in all AIIMS across India. and in the health center of Indian forces. and launch the National Ayush mission. & integrate the Ayush syllabus within the MBBS syllabus.
Set up Ayush university across the state and run a satellite / opd center from Ayush university and Aiims (ayurveda).
WHO conducts various research on ayurveda and its aspect on society. soon we can see ayurveda specialists in each and every major govt hospital of modern science.
